HAWE at bauma 2025 - Experience an innovation for every industry

You will once again find the HAWE Hydraulik stand at the usual location in Hall A3 Stand 348 this year. We will be showcasing new tools and products that facilitate the system design of our control, automation and electrification solutions, including a new pump controller for electrified drives and smart tools for the safe control of valves.

This year, HAWE is focusing on its control blocks under the motto "Customized compact controls". Are you already familiar with our PSL? But did you know that we have many other control blocks for a wide variety of mobile machinery in our product range and even offer different types of integrated control blocks, tailored to your application? Each type with its specific advantages and areas of application.

There is also good news for our customers in the mining sector: Our control block type PSL-CAN EX is now also approved for use in explosion-hazardous areas. Please ask us about our certificates for your region!

Brief overview of selected HAWE products at bauma 2025:

Boom and outrigger control in one block with MICK

The directional control valve block type MICK integrates the function of three separate control blocks in one control block. This means that up to three double-acting actuators can be supplied with one valve section. This saves space and creates new safety features. It is particularly advantageous for use in mobile machines with several actuator groups that work one after the other and are operated separately. Now available in two sizes.

Now also approved for use in explosion-hazardous areas – the PSL-CAN EX

The proportional directional spool valve type PSL or PSV with the advantageous CAN-Onboard operation can now also be used in explosion-prone areas. The easy-to-wire valve block is certified for mining and oil and gas applications in the EU, China and the USA.

Intelligent valve cartridge VIPR

The intelligent valve cartridge VIPR uses the advantages of AI for commissioning, operation and adaptation to new control tasks. Four proportional seat valves arranged in an independent metering setup. Equipped with pressure sensors and an electronic controller, all channels leading to a consumer can be individually controlled.

Integrated control blocks

We design customized control blocks that integrate all the necessary functions in a compact space. We use the appropriate screw-in cartridges or manifold-mounting valves for the job. If necessary, we combine compact control blocks and segment valves to create hybrid solutions and integrate sensors, filters or accumulators. In other cases, we integrate valve functions directly into the block. This reduces the space required, the number of possible leakage points, and your assembly and commissioning costs.
